Despite rumors of dropping out, Ron Paul 2012 campaign meets fund raising goals

Freedom News, London, UK  May 19 2012 –  Amid reports and headlines from the mainstream media that the Ron Paul campaign was all but out of the running, the grass roots efforts have once again shown that they are listening to the campaign and are ready to rise to the challenge. The latter part of this week saw the event titled “Rise for Liberty”. The Rise for Liberty event successfully raised the $650,000.00 goal sought by the campaign. Beyond that, it seems the effort may well reach a million dollars before its all said and done. Given this response by the Ron Paul supporters, its evident either no one told them of the rumors, or they are simply smart enough to know that you can’t believe much of what you hear coming out of the mainstream media machine.
